“You can’t build a great building on a weak foundation.”

START exploring the inner person behind YOU. Yes, there are lots to come into your life. And these become reasons for you to know who you are. If you don’t know who you are, you probably won’t know about other people as well.

So, keep on Investing In Yourself.

How often do you prefer reading books?

Not often? Then, start reading books. When you are reading books, you are not only learning what the author has to say. You are reading their experiences with every turn of the page. You get to know about the obstacles the author had faced and how they dealt with them.

“Learn from the mistakes of others. You can’t live long enough to make them all yourself.”

Time to Explore: Your 20s

This age period is where you get a chance to imply what you have learned from an early age.

It’s the most energetic and dynamic period but also a vulnerable one where lots of thoughts strike the mind.

Many fall for what is commonly known as the Millennials Problem.

Did you miss out on the personal development topic before your 20?

No worries! You still have a lot of time to catch on, and this is the perfect platform to start.

You are already in a state of self-awareness. What you need to do is to bring your goals into life by working on it.

In this age group, we face lots of rush and stress, don’t we?

In such a time of adversity, try to find ways to relieve your stresses. I have found myself relieved from difficulties by keeping a journal and writing gratitudes every day.

Furthermore, I currently started mapping my goal as suggested in the book Goal Mapping by Brian Mayne. In Goal Mapping, I draw goals into a certain template. Then I divide it into subdivisions with my reason to achieve these goals.

Bringing my goals into physical paper has brought a profound impact on me.

At this age, you may confront lots of distractions. Some of you are worried about How to Earn Money while some might be trying to fix their broken relationships.

To troubleshoot, you need to be able to find your major strengths and weaknesses. You need to understand your core values.

Create a list of things to do every day but don’t be too strict to yourself.

Before sleeping, review whether you have completed all your tasks. If yes, great! If no, then why no? You may want to keep it as your To-do for tomorrow.

Moreover, write down your daily achievement and tell it to your closest one. After all, “Everything that is not shared is lost”.

From now onwards, whenever we see people in the park, let’s talk to them and establish a friendly environment.

I remember my grandma saying to me“ It feels like you were born yesterday and now look, you are going to be in your 20s and I am in my old age.”
